RelayAir Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 20, 2026
These RelayAir Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Triskelion Industries LLC, doing business as Avoyelles Phone Shop ("RelayAir," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern the RelayAir web application, future RelayAir mobile applications, and related messaging services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create a self-managed RelayAir account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use a self-managed account only with permission from a parent or legal guardian when applicable law requires it. Children under 13 may use RelayAir only through a school-managed account that RelayAir has authorized for educational use under a written school agreement and the school or parent has lawfully authorized. An under-13 school-managed account may not be converted to personal use without the consent required by law.
You must provide truthful eligibility information. Schools and other organizations that provision student accounts are responsible for obtaining and documenting the authority and consents required for their students, providing required notices, and restricting use to approved educational purposes. We may restrict an account when eligibility or authorization cannot be verified. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. The Service
RelayAir may provide direct and group messaging, organization workspaces, images, video and file attachments, contacts, message requests, reactions, editing, delivery and read receipts, scheduled or disappearing messages, search, saved messages, notifications, device synchronization, history PIN controls, multi-factor authentication, moderation, billing, and account or workspace administration. Features may differ by plan, platform, region, account type, or release.
RelayAir uses server-side systems to deliver and protect content. The Service is not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Do not use RelayAir to transmit information when law, contract, or your own security requirements demand a system with different certifications or encryption properties.
3. Organizations and Administrators
An organization owner controls its RelayAir workspace and may appoint administrators, moderators, members, or guests. Authorized workspace personnel may manage members, permissions, invitations, content reports, audit information, and workspace policies. Your use of an organization workspace may also be governed by the organization's policies. The organization is responsible for its instructions, users, notices, consents, retention choices, and lawful use of exported or preserved information.
School-managed student accounts and student information may be used only to provide the school-authorized educational service and support, secure, or comply with law for that service. RelayAir will not use information collected from children under school authorization for advertising, behavioral profiling, or an unrelated commercial purpose. The school controls authorized student access and must tell RelayAir when access should end. School administrators may supervise communications, configure youth safety controls, and investigate reports as permitted by their agreement and applicable law.
Ownership transfers require acceptance and may have a limited reversal period. An owner must transfer or close owned organizations before deleting the owner's RelayAir account. Organization closure may start a preservation period and may be blocked while an active legal hold exists.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use RelayAir to violate law or another person's rights; threaten, exploit, harass, defraud, impersonate, stalk, or distribute unlawful content; sexually exploit minors; distribute malware or harmful code; send spam or unauthorized automated messages; evade account, plan, moderation, retention, or security controls; probe or disrupt the Service; scrape or harvest users; access another person's account or content without authorization; or encourage others to do any of these things.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, scan, adapt for technical delivery, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and lawfully administer the Service.
5. Messages, Attachments, and Receipts
Delivery and read indicators describe events recorded by RelayAir and may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by devices, connectivity, notification settings, or software behavior. They are not guaranteed proof that a particular person received, read, understood, or acted on a message.
Attachments may be rejected, quarantined, compressed, transformed, limited, or removed for security, compatibility, plan, or legal reasons. You are responsible for maintaining copies of content you need outside RelayAir.
6. Disappearing Messages
Disappearing, view-once, expiration, and deletion controls remove content from ordinary customer access; they do not cause immediate physical destruction. When one of these controls takes effect, RelayAir places the encrypted content in a restricted 90-day preservation period before final purge. Customers cannot retrieve preserved content through ordinary conversations, search, synchronization, downloads, or account access. A valid legal hold, preservation request, active dispute, security requirement, backup cycle, or other lawful obligation may extend restricted retention.
Recipients may also capture, copy, quote, forward, download, photograph, or otherwise preserve content before it becomes unavailable. Do not send content solely because a disappearing or view-once control is enabled if retention would create unacceptable risk.
7. Moderation, Safety, and Legal Process
Users may report messages or accounts. We may investigate, restrict distribution, preserve records, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, operate the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We are not obligated to monitor every communication.
RelayAir may preserve records, apply legal holds, and produce evidence when required by law, court order, subpoena, preservation request, or other valid legal process. These are internal compliance operations performed by authorized RelayAir personnel; they are not customer plan features or ordinary workspace controls. A legal hold suspends ordinary purge for covered records without restoring customer access. RelayAir evaluates requests and disclosures under applicable law and maintains appropriate records of compliance actions.
8. Plans, Billing, and App Stores
Paid plans may be billed through Stripe on our website or through Apple App Store or Google Play for supported mobile purchases. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, trial terms, features, and renewal disclosures are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the provider that processed the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily does not refund the current period except where the purchase terms or law require it.
Apple and Google control payment processing, cancellation, and refunds for purchases they process. Web subscriptions must be managed through the RelayAir billing portal or other method we provide. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in reduced paid features or suspension. We may change future prices or plan features with notice required by law.
9. Privacy
The RelayAir Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy. Organization administrators and other participants may independently process information they receive through RelayAir.
10. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. Keep independent copies of information you are legally or operationally required to retain.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using RelayAir and may request deletion through available account controls. A free personal RelayAir profile with no active workspace membership may be removed after 365 days without activity. We provide notice about 30 days before that cleanup, and signing in keeps the profile active. Inactive free workspaces may be archived after advance notice; owners may reactivate an archived workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security threats, nonpayment, legal requirements, risk to users or the Service, or discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and lawful preservation.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant that messages will always be delivered, that notifications or receipts will be accurate, that disappearing content will be unrecoverable, or that the Service will meet regulated-industry requirements unless we expressly agree in writing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RelayAir and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for RelayAir during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify RelayAir and its affiliates and personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
Louisiana law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you and RelayAir agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it informally by written notice. Unless applicable law requires another forum, state and federal courts with jurisdiction in Louisiana will have exclusive jurisdiction. You may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will provide notice required by law. If we require acceptance of a new version, continued protected use may be blocked until you review and accept it. The Service records the accepted version, document hash, account, and acceptance time.
17. General Terms
These Terms and the RelayAir Privacy Policy are the complete agreement for the Service, together with purchase disclosures and any written organization agreement that expressly applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or operation of law. Headings are for convenience.
