RelayAir Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Triskelion Industries LLC, doing business as Avoyelles Phone Shop ("RelayAir," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use the RelayAir web application, future RelayAir mobile applications, and related messaging services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
We collect your email address, username, display name, account identifiers, email-verification state, organization memberships and roles, contacts, blocked-user records, and security settings. If you enable multi-factor authentication or a history PIN, we store the information needed to verify those controls. We do not store your plaintext password, history PIN, recovery code, or authenticator secret after the applicable secure setup process.
Messages and shared content
We process message text, reactions, edits, replies, saved-message references, delivery and read receipts, conversation membership, disappearing-message settings, and related timestamps. We process images, videos, documents, filenames, file types, and metadata you choose to attach. Uploaded files may be scanned for malware before delivery.
RelayAir encrypts protected message and attachment data at rest and in transit where supported. RelayAir is not represented as end-to-end encrypted: authorized RelayAir systems must be able to process content to deliver the Service, enforce access controls, respond to user requests, and comply with valid legal obligations.
Device, security, and notification information
We collect session and device identifiers, sign-in history, security-event records, IP-derived security data, an approximate city, state, or country supplied by our network edge when available, browser and operating-system information, app version, push-notification tokens, notification preferences, and conversation mute settings. We do not store a raw IP address in the RelayAir device record. Network-derived locations may be inaccurate. Push notifications use generic event descriptions and are designed not to include message text or attachment names.
Organization, moderation, and evidence information
For organization workspaces, we process membership, roles, permissions, invitations, approval records, audit events, reports, moderation decisions, ownership transfers, organization closures, legal holds, and evidence-export records. Organization administrators may access and manage workspace information according to their permissions.
Billing information
We process plan, entitlement, subscription, renewal, cancellation, transaction, and processor identifiers. Stripe, Apple, or Google processes full payment credentials for purchases handled by that provider. RelayAir does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Support and communications
We collect information you submit in support requests, privacy requests, abuse reports, and other communications with us.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and synchronize conversations; deliver attachments and notifications; authenticate users and devices; apply history locks and security controls; show delivery and read status; administer organizations and subscriptions; prevent malware, spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; investigate reports; preserve evidence under authorized legal holds; provide support; enforce our Terms; comply with law; and maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
3. Disappearing Messages and Deletion
A disappearing-message timer removes ordinary user access to message content after the selected event and period. It does not guarantee that every copy disappears at that moment. Content may remain in another participant's screenshots, downloads, device storage, quoted material, security records, backups, or records preserved under a legal hold or other lawful obligation.
Deleting your RelayAir account immediately revokes RelayAir access and device sessions and begins the applicable deletion or preservation process. It does not automatically delete a separate website account, purchase record, processor record, organization-controlled record, legally preserved record, or content another person is independently entitled to retain. You must transfer or close organizations you own before deleting your account. RelayAir may also remove a free personal RelayAir profile after 365 days without activity when it has no active workspace membership. We send notice about 30 days before that cleanup; signing in keeps the profile active.
4. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information as needed to:
- other conversation participants and organization members according to the feature and their permissions;
- organization owners and authorized administrators for ordinary workspace administration, moderation, and audit information allowed by their permissions;
- hosting, security, email, malware-scanning, customer-support, and infrastructure providers that process information for us;
- Google Firebase for web and mobile push delivery, including device tokens and generic notification events;
- Stripe, Apple, and Google for billing, subscriptions, fraud prevention, refunds, and entitlement verification;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, transaction counterparties, and service providers subject to appropriate duties; and
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, valid process, protection of rights or safety, investigation of abuse, or enforcement of our agreements.
We do not sell message content. We do not use message content for third-party behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
We retain information for the period needed to provide the Service, satisfy the settings selected by users or organizations, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Active conversation content remains available until deleted, expired, viewed under a view-once setting, or otherwise removed under the applicable settings and policies. Inactive free workspaces may be archived after the configured inactivity period, with advance notice to the owner. Archiving is reversible and does not itself purge workspace, billing, evidence, or legal records.
When message content or an attachment disappears, expires, is viewed once, or is deleted, RelayAir removes it from ordinary customer access and places the encrypted record in a restricted 90-day preservation period. During that period, the record is unavailable through normal conversations, search, synchronization, downloads, or account access. It is accessible only through restricted internal compliance processes when needed for safety, disputes, or valid legal process. At the end of the period, RelayAir is designed to purge the content and attachment bytes unless a legal hold, preservation request, active dispute, security requirement, backup cycle, or other lawful obligation requires continued retention.
A valid preservation request or legal hold suspends ordinary purge for the records it covers. Held material remains restricted and is retained until the hold is released or the applicable legal preservation duty ends, after which ordinary purge resumes. RelayAir may retain minimal tombstones, audit events, transaction records, and security metadata after content is purged when needed to prevent restoration, document compliance, protect the Service, or meet legal obligations.
6. Your Choices and Rights
RelayAir provides controls to manage notification preferences, conversation mute settings, disappearing messages, contacts, blocked users, saved messages, devices, history PINs, multi-factor authentication, personal-data exports, and RelayAir account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
Submit a privacy request to support@avoyellesphoneshop.com.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, including transport encryption, encrypted storage for protected content, access controls, session management, malware scanning, audit logging, and optional multi-factor authentication and history PIN controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. A history PIN limits access to synchronized history on signed-in devices; it is not a substitute for securing your account or device.
8. Children
Self-managed RelayAir accounts are available to people age 13 or older. A user under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian when applicable law requires it. Children under 13 may use RelayAir only through a school-managed account authorized for an educational purpose under a written agreement with RelayAir. Depending on the arrangement and applicable law, the school may act on behalf of the parent for that educational use, or RelayAir or the school may obtain verified parental consent.
For school-managed student accounts, we collect and use student information only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the school-authorized service; follow the school’s lawful instructions; protect users; and comply with law. We do not use that information for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, or unrelated commercial purposes. We disclose it only to service providers supporting those purposes, authorized school personnel, the student or parent where applicable, or others when lawfully required. The school controls student access and may configure supervision, messaging, safety, retention, and records controls under its agreement. Parents and eligible students may exercise applicable access or deletion rights through the school or by contacting us; school instructions and legal retention duties may affect the response.
We record an account holder’s eligibility attestation, its time, the applicable policy version, and a hashed network identifier. A school-managed account may also record the authorizing organization, account classification, authorization status, and related audit history. We do not require a birth date for ordinary self-registration. If you believe a child is using RelayAir without the required authorization, contact us so we can investigate, restrict access, and delete or preserve information as required by law and safety needs.
9. International Processing
RelayAir and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. If RelayAir requires acceptance of a new version, the app records the document version, document hash, account, and acceptance time.
